To Place an Order;
Regardless of how you will pay use our shopping cart system to add those items to
the cart you wish to purchase. Simply set the quantity and click on the
'Add' button. You can always view the contents of your cart by clicking on the cart
symbol at the bottom of each page. A quantify discount is applied to your total
purchase when you complete your order.
You can also place your order over the phone, call us at 707-894-7555 between 7:00 am and
5:00pm Pacific Time any business day. Our sales representative will happy to discuss
your requirements with you.

Canada charge for Shipping
and Handling. See below for rates to your location:
USA Lower 48 States: $6.00
Alaska, Hawaii and Canada: $8.50
All other countries: At our cost via UPS
This has proven to be the easiest and best way for us to cover the
cost of shipping, boxes, etc. Most of the time us ship via UPS ground. If you
want faster delivery, specify that in the comments section of your order. Additional
freight charges will be added. |
After all items are in your cart, select one of the
following payment methods:
- Secure Online Credit Card: The fastest and most
convenient way to order. All of your credit card information, will be encrypted and
transmitted to our server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. In addition to
a receipt you can print out, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email. Add your
PO# to the comments section of the order. or ...
- Credit Card Transaction via Telephone: The order details will
be sent to us via email. Give us a call between 8am to 5pm Pacific Time at
707-894-7555 to provide your credit card information. You can also sign your printed
receipt, add your credit card number and expiration date and fax it to 707-894-0215.

- On Account with company Purchase Order: If you have been
approved by our credit department you may order on account with Net 30 day payment terms.

Notes:
a. International order payment must be by credit card only.
b. All orders shipped to California are subject to sales tax.
The amount of tax will be determined by the county you are shipping to.
Minimum tax rate is 7.25%. If
the shipment is not being sent to California any tax on your order will be
removed.
c. Shipments in the lower 48 states within
the US are via UPS at a fixed cost of $6.00.
d. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
If we are temporarily
out of stock we will contact you.
You must be 100% satisfied with everything you purchase from us.
If not, just return the item to us and we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
